Well - I'd hate you to think I was an 'ideas imperialist' - but that second drawing is promising; and, again, at risk of offending your 'solo genius' sensibility, you might want to take a look at Gaudi for some further means of thinking both 'organically' and 'architecturally' about your famine tower ;)
