This is tutorial from Introduction to Maya Fluids Effects Volume One: Smoke and Flames by Wayne Hollingsworth. The tutorial is great, everything is clear and easy to follow. This is my first practice with Maya Fluids... One thing: Maya Fluids are really heavy. :(
