This storyboard shows camera movement, events and general idea. If I receive green line, I will do pre-viz and work with the shots and actions more.
I've changed structure, because I need to deliver my message more clearly, however, there is still work to do, to tell this story even more better.

Okay - yes - so it's the postcard of the landscape that he's flying through - yes, I think this works much better now. The vital aspect of your 'act one' is that it should be exhilarating and beautiful - soaring over a green, living environment - somethat thats shouts 'ALIVE' - and the airship must be a thing of elegance and beauty. You need to think much more filmically (which you suggest you're going to - good), but this story idea lives and dies by the success of that first act - because we have to believe it is the world and that the world is amazing... You need to accomplish what the first link below accomplishes...
